European health report

Watching the 8 minute video below about the European health report 2012, I learned, for example, that people live longer. Life expectancy in Europe has increased by 5 years on average over the last 30 years. 15% of the European population, which numbers about 900 million people, are over the age of 65. The part of the European population over 65 years of age will increase. Watching the video, I also learned that 70% of us live in cities. This is also a trend. The number of people living in cities has grown and will continue to grow.

Towards the end of the video, I learned that the definition of health is not only the absence of disease. It also includes physical, social, and mental wellbeing. How do you stay healthy?
